My name is Fabiënne Broeze. I am originally from Twente, but I now live in Estepona, where I have fully embraced life on the Costa del Sol.

‍

With a background in International Business and a strong affinity for entrepreneurship and real estate, moving into the Spanish property market was a logical step for me.

‍

As a Real Estate Advisor at Cooiman Capital, I guide clients through the purchase of their property in Spain and contribute to the development of new villa projects.

‍

What I enjoy most about Cooiman Capital is the entrepreneurial environment, where I am given the freedom and responsibility to grow, contribute, and help build unique projects in an international setting.
