My name is Esmée van Rijn, co-owner and Head of Marketing at Cooiman Capital.

Property has been a passion of mine from a young age. During my Entrepreneurship & Retail Management studies, I further specialised with a minor in Real Estate Development. This provided me with a solid foundation in both entrepreneurship and property development.

Today, I am responsible for the marketing and brand strategy at Cooiman Capital. Together with René and our team, I have built Cooiman Capital into the company it is today, guiding clients through the purchase of property on the Costa del Sol.

What I enjoy most is combining my passion for property with entrepreneurship and marketing, as we continue to build a strong and reliable brand in the Spanish property market.
