My time in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps shaped how I do business today: with discipline, dedication, and a sharp focus on results. I brought that same mentality into the property sector when I founded Cooiman Capital.
Over the past three years, we have guided more than 465 clients through the purchase of property in Spain. At the same time, I am actively investing and developing here myself: 8 properties purchased, 5 renovation projects, and our own new-build project, Palm Residences, with more projects currently in development.
Practising what you preach is one of the most important principles within our company. We invest in the same regions, projects, and opportunities that we recommend to our clients.
That is why we never look at property purely from a sales perspective. We assess every opportunity as an investor: location, quality, risk, potential, and long-term value.
